Welcome to this beautifully finished, brand-new holiday home in Calle Cuatro Vientos, Frigiliana, where modern comfort meets the charm of one of Andalusia's most beautiful white villages. The property has been completed and tastefully decorated to a high standard, with every detail carefully considered for a relaxing stay.

Spread over four floors, the house offers a particularly appealing layout for two couples travelling together. The two bedrooms are located on different floors, giving everyone the perfect balance of enjoying a holiday together while still having plenty of privacy.

Both bedrooms feature comfortable 150 cm beds, and the whole house benefits from air conditioning. The upper bedroom also has a ceiling fan for additional comfort. There are two bathroom areas, including a modern shower room with heated towel rail and a separate WC serving the lower en-suite bedroom area. Hairdryers are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender and vegetable chopper, together with everything needed for your stay. A Smart TV, iron and ironing board are also provided.

The highlight is the fantastic private rooftop terrace, where you'll find a laundry area with fridge and sink, allowing you to prepare drinks without having to return to the kitchen. Relax in the chill-out area or on the two sun loungers while enjoying panoramic views towards the sea, countryside, mountains and village. The terrace enjoys sunshine throughout the day.

For guests arriving by car, a private parking space may be available to rent separately at the 3 Culturas car park, subject to availability.

Please note that the property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility due to the stairs, and children under 14 are not permitted.
